These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mortgage Manager (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Mortgage Manager is a mortgage pre-qualification and lead-management platform that helps customers estimate eligibility and connect with mortgage agents and partner banks/lenders. We are not a bank or lender, and we do not guarantee that any loan will be approved. Eligibility results and rate information are indicative only and subject to the lender’s own assessment and final approval.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date. Submitting false information may result in suspension of your account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Roles (customer, agent, agent leader, lender/partner, admin) have different access and responsibilities.
Agents and agent leaders may be subject to subscription terms for certain features. Lender/partner accounts are reviewed and approved by an administrator and must represent the bank they claim to represent. All parties must handle customer data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access data you are not authorised to view, uploading malicious content, interfering with the platform’s security or operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.
Information provided by the Service (including calculators, DSR estimates and rate comparisons) is for general informational purposes only and is not financial, legal or tax advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any financial decision.
The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify or redistribute it except as permitted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made by banks/lenders. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these Terms or modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
